Henri Lenaerts Fundation was established to promote the work of this Belgian sculptor. After years of travelling he bought a house in Irure (Navarre) and started his new life in this little village hidden between the hills.
A guided visit to Lenaerts house shows his work, mainly sculptures, and his way of life. It is a place where the work space harmoniously unites with the living space and the garden. A place full of charm and history, where a visitor can find out about the life of this sculptor, who was also a doctor of philosophy and a UNESCO’s scholarship holder.
